This FREE 45-60 minute virtual LIVE Zoom cooking class will end in a delicious dish, using every day, simple ingredients and of course PULSES! This is a LIVE class which means if you are registering, we can't wait to cook with you LIVE! 

Your COOK WITH MEG class will be packed with learning, interaction, delicious ingredients and lots of education around the world of PULSES which include dry peas, beans, chickpeas and lentils! 

• CLASS BEGINS AT 6pm MST (Alberta)
• NEW COOKS please have adult supervision, we encourage families to cook together! 
  
• We complete a recipe from start to finish/start to the oven
• Safety First!
• THIS IS A LIVE CLASS - If you are registered we are holding a spot for you to cook LIVE with Meg! Your recording will be emailed 2 hours after class finishes

One week before each class, we will send you a GET READY email/attachment that will include the recipe, tools needed + Zoom link
