CLASSES + CAMPS

If you have purchased a class in error, please contact hello@cookwithmeg.com. If we have not yet shipped out any promotional materials (if applicable), we can either move you to another class (providing there is room), or issue you a credit to future classes. 

If we have shipped out promotional materials (welcome packs etc) or if summer camps are in session, there are no refunds, but please note that all classes and camps are recorded, which means you will still receive the class material, and you can choose to cook with the recording when it's more convenient. 

If you would prefer to have a credit for a future Cook with Meg class, we will handle on a case by case basis. 

COOK AT YOUR OWN PACE

Once you purchase a Cook at Your Own Pace bundle, they are sent electronically to your email address, and therefore cannot be restocked, exchanged or refunded. 

APPAREL + KITCHEN ACCESSORIES

All sales are final on apparel and accessories. Please refer to the sizing charts available beside each product.

Shipping Information: Once you place your order with COOK WITH MEG, expect that it will ship out within 1-2 weeks. (we’re aiming for 1 week). After your order ships it depends where you live, but Canada Post, UPS and CanPar in Canada will do their best to get it to you as quickly as possible. In the US the same rules apply, however they will be mailed FROM the US, cutting down on customs delays.
