witches brew …SPOOKY!

Neon green, fruity and foamy potion perfect for your Halloween feast! Pineapple and lime juice, mixed with ginger ale, then topped with vanilla ice cream and gummy worm ice cubes makes this not only a drink, but an activity!

Neon green, fruity and foamy potion perfect for your Halloween feast! Pineapple and lime juice, mixed with ginger ale, then topped with vanilla ice cream and gummy worm ice cubes makes this not only a drink, but an activity!

Equipment

  • Pitcher
  • Ice cube tray
  • Glasses

Ingredients

GUMMY WORM CUBES

  • Gummy worms
  • Ice Cube Tray
  • Water

BREW-makes 4,8oz glasses, we will be making in a pitcher

  • 4 cups pineapple juice
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 2 cups ginger ale
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream 3 big scoops
  • a few drops of green food coloring
  • lots of ice

Instructions

  • Place a gummy worm, or parts of worms in an ice cube tray then fill each one with water. Pop in freezer until frozen (couple hours)
  • In a large pitcher, add pineapple juice, lime juice, ginger ale and a few drops of green food colouring. Mix until you get the green colour you desire
  • In tall glasses, add your gummy worm cubes, pour the brew and top with a scoop of ice cream **Alternatively, you can also add the ice cream directly to the pitcher and let it melt and foam
