GREEN EGGS AND HAM 

Inspired by Dr Suess, originally published in 1960, has sold 8 million copies worldwide!

IN THIS CLASS: Let’s talk green eggs. Before you wilt, we’re going to use a little bit of pesto to give our eggs a vibrant green colour. You can use a food processor or blender to make your own with Meg, or you can use a store bought jar. We’ll then blend the green goodness into cubes of toasty bread, salty ham and creamy cheese and eggs to make the most whimsical casserole you ever did eat! 

  • This is a PRIVATE class and will be recorded
  • 2 weeks before each class you will be emailed a GET READY document which includes your tools and ingredients shop list, plus the zoom link. 
  • Please ensure you have the latest version of Zoom installed on your computer
  • This class is 75-90 minutes in length and will include a short lesson before we begin cooking. 
  • Your kids are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the books as we will begin with a short discussion about the book and how it relates to the recipe.
