Such a fun summer backyard deck beverage. Easy to make, easier to top up throughout the day! Great for kids and also great for adults with some additions!

Equipment

  • Pitcher
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 can frozen pink lemonade
  • 3 1/2 cups cold water
  • 2 cups total of your fave berries strawberries or raspberries or blueberries (can be fresh, frozen)
  • 1 small bunch of fresh mint OPTIONAL
  • Ice

Instructions

  • Add ice to the bottom of a pitcher
  • Pour in your chopped up fruit
  • Pour frozen lemonade into a large pitcher
  • Add pineapple juice and water
  • Stir to break up the slushiness
  • Stir to combine and chill until cold
  • Add mint, give another stir before serving
